Processing & Shipping Time

We aim to process and dispatch your fine art prints as quickly as possible.

• Standard Prints: Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days.

• Framed Artwork: If you choose a custom framing option, please allow additional time for professional mounting and finishing. We will provide a specific timeline based on your chosen finish.

If for any reason we cannot meet these timelines, we will contact you immediately with an updated schedule.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Prints: Standard shipping costs for all prints are included in the stated price.

• Framed Items: For framed photography, shipping rates are calculated individually based on the final weight, dimensions, and destination. A custom quote will be provided before finalization.

Reliable Delivery

We partner with BPOST and their international courier affiliates to ensure your artwork reaches you safely.

• Domestic (Belgium): Once shipped from our print lab, delivery typically occurs the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00.

• International (Europe & North America): International delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is en route.

Please note: While we strive for precision, we cannot guaranteed exact delivery hours as these depend on local postal services.

Secure Packaging

To prevent any damage during transit, all unframed prints are shipped in specialized, reinforced Fine Art tubes. Framed items are crated or boxed with multi-layered protective padding to ensure gallery-quality arrival.
